EMPLOYEE WELLBEING DAYS

Our employee wellbeing days are designed to help your staff in many different ways – from building resilience to dealing with stress, improving fitness levels and boosting mental and physical health. These sessions are highly interactive, ensuring that everyone who attends gets involved and benefits from both group work and one on one consultations.

Your employee wellbeing day will be highly specific to the role of your organisation, the nature of your team and what you are looking to achieve. We consult with you first to assess all these relevant factors and, on the basis of what you tell us, plan a unique wellbeing day for your employees.

Your day will normally be run with different sessions taking place at the same time in different areas. Attendees can either dip in and out of sessions as suits them, or we can set up a structured plan for you – whatever suits you best.

Here is a quick overview of just some of the sessions that could feature in your employee wellbeing day:

Short Training Sessions (approx. 1-1.5hr per session)

These provide a distilled version of our popular training days and cover a number of topics, similar to those listed on our employee training and staff training pages.

If you have specific requirements then we can put together a training session based around just one topic, such as:

  • Recognising stress in yourself and others
  • Communicating effectively during stressful situations
  • Lifestyle changes for stress relief

Health And Fitness Sessions (approx. 1-1.5hr session)

These look at how to keep fit and healthy through understanding and improving diet, posture and exercise. Topics include:

  • Back to basics – exercise, drink & sleep yourself fit
  • How food affects mood
  • Tips for stress-free eating
  • How to boost energy levels, brain power and concentration
  • Weight loss on a budget
  • Heart health
  • Workstation health
  • Posture and back problems
  • Fitness focus

Therapy treatments (either 10 or 20 minutes per treatment)

The physical therapies we use are designed to relieve stress and tension and improve employee wellbeing. Therapy is also available as a standalone service, let us know if you’d like to know more.

Through the clothes massage treatments – these include seated acupressure massage, neck and shoulder massage, Japanese hand and arm massage and Indian head massage

  • Reiki
  • Reflexology
  • Health Screening And Assessments
